Minerva Tantoco is an Innovator, investor, startup founder, author, advisor, and speaker on Ethical AI, cybersecurity, fintech and healthtech. Tantoco served as New York City’s first-ever Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Based on her efforts, New York City was named "2016 Best Smart City" and helped launch initiatives such as LinkNYC, CSforAll, and Internet of Things Guidelines, as well as promoting an inclusive, equitable tech ecosystem. Ms. Tantoco also served as Senior Product Manager at Palm, Chief Technology Officer at Merrill Lynch and UBS, and holds four US patents on intelligent workflow.
Bob Taylor
Bob Taylor is an independent Computer Software Professional. Prior to launching his consulting practice, Bob was the Chief Technology Officer for HP’s Business Critical Server Division. Bob also held senior research positions specializing in database, message, and transaction systems at Compaq Computers, Tandem Computers, Digital Equipment, and Britton-Lee.

Peter Taylor is the author of two best-selling books on ‘Productive Laziness’ – ‘The Lazy Winner’ and ‘The Lazy Project Manager’. Peter is a writer and lecturer. He is an entertaining and inspiring speaker on the project management issues. He also is an independent consultant working with some of the major organizations in the world coaching executive sponsors, PMO leaders and project managers. Peter’s new book is “AI and the Project Manager: How the Rise of Artificial Intelligence Will Change Your world”.
Kurt Tierens
Kurt Tierens works as director Administration & Information in the strongly evolving world of packaging and recycling. Since the beginning of his professional career in 1993, the definition, the development and the maintenance of ICT systems takes an important part of his responsibilities. Based on his experience, both on the business as the IT side, the 2 key elements to realize successful digital transformation projects are: 1) invest time into the design phase - think (big) before you start (small). 2) create a strong trust between all the participants (mature Business IT alignment). To be prepared for the next 20 years of his professional career, he follows the “Executive Master in IT Management” program at Antwerp Management School.
