Humorous true story series composed by Bob Kelley’s experience implementing a Grand ERP system at a large Pharmaceutical company in California. The names of the company and the people that work there have been changed to protect the guilty and some of the innocence. Robert Kelley is a senior professional with experience in IT from start-ups and Fortune 200 companies. Mr. Kelley has much experience with SAP and Oracle, especially in FDA compliance and governance. Bob has been a frequent participant in our CHAOS University, Standish Workshops, CHAOS Tuesday and other Standish events and research projects. The series is titled Tales from Over the Edge of CHAOS.

Keith Kerr is the former Director for Portfolio and Program Management with Robbins-Gioia. He has worked with public, private, and international organizations to improve business outcomes using program and portfolio management rigor. He co-wrote and published “Program Management for Agile”, a research report on adoption and leading management practices in Agile development environment.
Ronald Kerremans
Ronald Kerremans is an Enterprise IT Architect with a passion for simplify complexity without losing the big picture. Currently Ronald is working for Radboudumc (an academic hospital in the Netherlands) and besides his role as EA he is the manager of the team architecture, compliancy, security and privacy and he acts as delegated sponsor of all major infrastructure projects.
Shahin Khan
Shahin Khan is the Founder at Orion Enterprises. Orion Enterprises is a high technology advisory and marketing services firm skilled at helping clients differentiate themselves to drive greater business results. Prior to starting Orion, Mr. Khan was the former Chief Competitive Officer at Sun Microsystems. Shahin has held executive positions at Cray Research, Silicon Graphics and a number of High Tech start-ups.
Jim Kneeland
Jim Kneeland is currently the Executive Program Director for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, RMV Division, responsible for a $100+ million dollar innovation effort to rewrite all the applications at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. An MBA and PMP, Jim is also a certified and warranted federal contract officer and taught IT at Northeastern University for over 20 years. As CIO for the Registry of Motor Vehicles in the early nineties he implemented a number of state-of-the art IT solutions which included the credit card style license.

David Korkosz has had a long and successful career as an independent executive coach. Mr. Korkosz has coached some of the world’s business leaders. He has a BSEE from MIT and a MS from Cornell University.
