Eugen Oetringer
Eugen Oetringer is a Senior Analyst/Strategist for the most complex challenges. Confronted with high project failure rates in an IT environment of 100.000 employees, he did open analysis. It delivered new insights hiding behind the symptoms of failure. In turn, it delivered results where multiple attempts with popular solutions approaches had failed, from bridging an internal communication gap with 30.000 employees to daily emotional outbursts (ADHD) down to one in ten years.
Sam Opdenakker
Sam Opdenakker is a project manager. After a few years in consulting, he has been active in the banking & insurance industry for the last 10 years. Sam is a bridgebuilder between business and IT and has taken up several roles as analyst, team manager, and process and project manager. His specialisation is to harmonize these two worlds in order to realize maximum value creation out of his projects. He holds a master degree in "Commercial Engineering", several certifications and is currently involved in the two year program of "Executive Master in IT Management" at the Antwerp Management School.
