Joseph Raynus

Joseph Raynus provides industry consulting, mentoring and training for quality and process improvement initiatives, management of conflicting business objectives and development of measurement frameworks. Joseph is the author of several books including “Software Process Improvement with CMM. Raynus is an Adjunct Professor of Information Systems at Northeastern University College of Engineering, where he teaches courses in Information Systems.

Clients included: Vertex, Biogen, Boston Scientific, Morpho Detection (Safran), AMSC, Fidelity, Dartmouth College and L3 Communications. Programs included: Multiple acquisition integrations, Global transformations with ERP deployments, IT Transformations, ITIL deployments, data transformations through big data analytics.

David Saul

David Saul is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Scientist at State Street Services. David also acted as State Street’s Chief Information Security Officer and other duties during his 20-year career at State Street including being on the PMO’s advisor committee. Prior to joining State Street David was a project manager at IBM’s Cambridge Scientific Center. David has a master’s from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Miss Scarlet

The inspiration of The Public Execution of Miss Scarlet book came out of a two-day workshop in 2005. This book is a work of fiction. The company in this story does not exist and it was not modeled after any existing or former company. Much of what is depicted in the book is compilation and amalgamation of actual Standish engagements. While there may be events within the book that actually occurred, many have been enhanced or changed to correspond to the story.

Harry Scott

He also provided thought leadership in project management best practices and delivery excellence, based on his perspectives gained from over 30 years of international programme and project management.

Marilyn Smith

Marilyn Smith is the CIO for George Mason University. Ms. Smith was the former Head of Information Services and Technology at MIT. She also worked at The Hanover Insurance Group and Liberty Mutual Group, and is a graduate of Babson College.
